Featured project
Practical tooling built for real regional design workflows.
Midwest Regional Design Tools
Portable offline HTML/CSS/JavaScript suite (Designer Tools v1.5+) for everyday regional design work: coax/fiber/FTTH naming, deliverables packaging with XLSX/PDF file automation, MST tail-footage calculation, address/GPS conversion, Magellan reference material, conversation paste utilities, and PM email helpers. Designed to run without admin rights after folder install—useful on locked-down work PCs.
Earlier venture
Profitable side business run alongside the Charter career.
Steele Web Hosting
Owner · 2010 – 2016
Built and ran a profitable sole-proprietor web design and hosting practice serving about 40 small-business clients. Handled client relationships end to end—new website design and delivery, ongoing support, and account management—while keeping the business intentionally small so it stayed secondary to full-time broadband work at Charter / Time Warner Cable.
In 2016, sold the client base to a larger hosting provider and stepped away to focus on the Spectrum career path after moving into analyst and design roles.
